Running is no doubt great, but the biggest misconception is that running is the only thing you need to do to get your legs strong. If you run across someone who does run a lot, you may have heard them say things like, ” I don’t need to do squats, I run.” This is true, but the problem is running will get you the exercise, but not the proper leg training you need if you want strong legs.
