Boost Your Fitness This August with Duke’s “Fit in 15” Challenge

Looking for motivation to stay active this summer? Duke’s employee wellness program, LIVE FOR LIFE, is bringing back the Fit in 15 Challenge this August! The goal is simple: complete 30 minutes of moderate aerobic activity for 15 days during the month.

Whether you enjoy walking, biking, swimming, strength training, or dancing, any heart-pumping activity counts. This challenge supports national health guidelines and helps reduce the risk of chronic conditions like heart disease and diabetes.

Participants who complete the challenge will earn $50 in LIVE FOR LIFE Dollars, which can be used toward fitness gear in the program’s wellness store. Plus, share your progress using #HealthyDuke or by email for a chance to be featured and inspire others.
